I had contacted Move on Time last fall to move my car from Massachusetts to Washington. I received a low quote and hadn't read bad reviews so I decided to work with them. At first, it seemed like my representative Leroy was very helpful however once they received my deposit, I didn't hear from him for over a week. As my move date was approaching, I was unable to get my phone calls returned. When I finally did hear back, I was told that there was no guarantee that my car would be moved in my original time frame. Since I couldn't wait, I told him I would need my deposit back and would have to go with someone else. He agreed and I scrambled to find another agency. I ultimately had my car moved with someone else, however I am STILL fighting to have my original $195 deposit returned to me. I have my receipt and my invoice number and I call them weekly to resolve this issue. I have spoken with multiple representatives who tell me "I'll take care of it, you'll see your refund in 7 to 10 days" and then I never get it. I have left messages with "the manager" who never returns my call. I have sent emails and never get a response. I would NOT recommend Move on Time to anyone. Their customer service is AWFUL and they are obviously not a reputable company.
