I, like many other consumers, was wary of contracting any transport company after a horrible and near-costly experience with a purported reliable company. That company; its owners and employees, operated under aliases in hopes of not being pursued for all of their fraudulent practices. They have, not surprisingly, changed names and are still ripping off unknowing customers.
Thankfully, I discovered Andy from Move on Time. He is a valid person who not only assured me that my transporter would have a name, but gave me all of their contact information as well.
And as it turned out, the transport company was equally reliable in securing my vehicle in a timely manner and delivering it the same.
They were even kind enough to store my vehicle for a few days-with no extra cost- due to an unexpected turn of events on my end.
Andy was there throughout the whole experience either by phone or email.
It was nice to actually find a person genuinely concerned with taking pride in their business and the business of customer service as well.
