Damaged my vehicle during transport

My vehicle was picked up from my home by one of Movewheels drivers (Transpo King LLC) in Houston, TX. Even though the actual pick up time was several hours after agreed on, this wasn't a big deal. The problem was when my car arrived to my destination home in a sub of Georgia with a large hole the size of a silver dollar in the middle of my hood. And the nightmare is when after waiting several weeks to find out that the carrier didn't have insurance. UGH!!! I trusted the driver that he would take responsibility of the damage. He provided bogus insurance documents. I even paid him. I should have called the police and filed a report and not paid him. I called move wheels to report several times and they are not taking my calls and not calling me back. I even sent the rep Beverly Glen the lady I spoke to at 904-719-7510 emails and no response. I wish I can provide negative stars for the inconvenience and the additional costs. I have filed with my insurance and also smalls claims court because they are not going to get away with this. Shameful business practice. An attorney needs to contact all of us who have been wronged by these horrible people and file a class action lawsuit for their deceptive business practices.
