Would give a 0 star if possible. DON'T waste your money on this people. Do a little more search and don't use their services. I ignore the red flags of all the reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt just to find our that I had made a big mistake by trusting this company. FIRST RED FLAG, They contacted me with an estimate and I decided to proceed after telling them the details of the vehicle I was shipping they had idea what type of vehicle I was talking about. I had to provide them with a link to Google with more specs of the car because it looked like no one had never heard of it. ?? SECOND RED FLAG. I thought that by shipping the vehicle to NJ instead of NY it was supposed to be cheaper or more convenient for them because I still had to find a way to get the car to NY anyways, well the price just happened to go up with no clear explanation. THIRD RED FLAG. Someone that had no idea of what they were doing called me and asked me for the information to write up the contract. She wrote my contract and send it to me, I texted her back and told her that the delivery address was wrong, I provided her via text message with the correct address, zip code and all. She texted me back saying that she had updated the address and that everything was good to go. MY BAD I TRUSTED THIS IDIOT and proceeded to sign and send back the contract with the correct address but she never updated the Zip code. Oh well she fucked it up and I have the proof that it wasn't my mistake but theirs. When I texted Glen and send him the texts I had sent providing them with the correct address he ignored all my calls and told the shipping company that I was paying the difference to get the car to the correct destination because they had no money to pay the difference. he didn't even try to do anything to help the situation and didn't care to recognize that it was their error and not mines. I had to pay the difference and I ended up paying way more than if I gone with someone with much more reliable and better customer care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. They don't care about anything else other than your money.
