1. The price changed after booking!
2. The care was promised to be picked up Monday morning. It was
Monday night.
3. Delivery was promised for Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. The
agent quoted if you don’t get your car by then “you can come and
punch me in the face”
4. The car arrived on Friday in a near by parking lot not at home as
promised. Our governor has required we be quarantined for 2 weeks
after being in another state which is why we requested door to door
service.
5. The driver then told us he could not accept credit or check only cash.
Movewheels did not tell us this.
