DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company does exactly what the previous complainant stated - give you a low price, then work with a company to increase the price, more formally known as bait and switch. They called me daily to book the transport with a rate of $400 and a credit card number to hold the reservation- 5 days after my requested move date, I received an offer to move the vehicle for $1600. After I started complaining, they would not answer my calls or text messages except to greet me i.e. "Good morning" or "will update in the morning" - never heard from them after that. I asked them to cancel the contract so I could find a valid shipper - no response yet. Don't waste your time or money here...
