Don"t waste the phone call!

Let me say that they are a broker, not a trucking company as they lead you to believe. They contracted with me to transport my car from California to Arizona, When the pick up time arrived no one showed or called to meet with me to pick up my car. I finally was able to contact the company and they told me all the truckers had rejected there bid price and they were negotiating with all there transporters. The next day after that call and the day after they were supposed to pick up my car, I tried texting and calling them with no response in text form a call. I am now talking with one of there competitors at a higher price to move my car. These guys are a joke, they quote you a low price to hook you in and then cannot follow thru even though you have a legally binding contract. Don't walk away from these clowns, RUN away and find someone who actually knows what they are doing and will get the job done for the amount quoted.
