They are deceitful and not trustworthy. I tried to cancel 3 weeks before I needed the shipment and they wanted to charge me a $200 fee. Then on a $95 fee after I pointed out that the $200 fee did not apply to me. When I insisted on speaking to their supervisor they stated they did not have one and only knew of the owner but did not have their contact info. Later in the conversation she stated she needed to ask her supervisor regarding my cancellation request. So I asked why she lied and she insisted she did not and that her supervisor did not speak English. I also requested to speak to the legal department regarding the contract and they said I would be contacted. I was never contacted. Then they tried to schedule a courier to try and hook me to the $200 fee. Crooks! Do not give your money or time to this business!!!
