Don’t give any credit card information until a pick is scheduled for you and a driver is assigned. They charged my card when I wanted to cancel the request as the request wasn’t fulfilled in time. There are incorrect claims for charging me. One star for other colleagues who at least had courtesy to pick the call and speak , but not the agent who was working on my request.
