Emily was good, but actual driver not so much

Emily Stark was very helpful and thorough in arranging the shipment of our car from South Florida to Philadelphia. Unfortunately, Emily and MoverJet are just the middle man, they don't actually ship the car but rather arrange for another company/driver to do the driving. I think this is pretty standard. But in this case the company/driver that was chosen wasn't great. The car was picked up 24 hours later than it was supposed to be. The driver did not communicate well about the timeframe and we had to call him many times to know when the pick-up and drop-off would be. The car did arrive quickly and without incident, but it wasn't a relaxing experience at all. This was not Emily's fault, but the actual drivers and shipping companies need to be better vetted.

Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate it! We gave the carrier`s company negative rating for their poor communication and now we have them in our black list! And I am glad that you liked my service! I am always on the side of my customer!
