I had the pleasure of working with Jane for what could have been a complete nightmare, arranging a long distance transport for my truck. Considering the fact that I could only communicate with her via email or text (which I requested text as it was faster for me), because I am an Army Veteran and I was in the VA hospital receiving treatment and unable to talk on the phone, and I had expressed to Jane that I had a small window for which I could have the time out of the hospital before impending surgery, and a limited amount of money to work with. I also had other specific details that changed my truck transport from being a “normal transport” to needing special attention. Jane didn’t miss a beat! She was extremely professional, attentive, understanding, helpful, from beginning to end. And even the day after the truck made it safely to where it was to be transported, by an amazing transport driver as well, Jane checked in with me to ensure that everything went smoothly and wished me well with my upcoming surgery. That is going above and beyond in my book! Being in the military, I tend to expect a higher standard, and often times I am let down by the actions of others. But in this situation, from beginning to end, Jane and the driver Rusty, were amazing! I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs transports for autos! Thank you!
