My overall rating would be 4.1stars. For detailed review, read further :) I recommend this company, however I suggest to call and talk to them instead of emailing. They are really helpful and try their best to assist you.
Detailed Review:::
Customer Support : 4.5 stars. I got response even on weekends. I suggest to call them instead of emailing. I felt that some of them didn't understand my emails clearly.
Price: 5 stars. Cheap price. The good thing is they don't charge until the car is picked up.
Assignment of driver : 2 stars. I clearly told the company that I wouldn't be available till Oct3 evening and my pickup window is between Oct3 5pm and Oct7 9am. However, they initially scheduled for Oct3 early morning and it got cancelled because I couldn't pickup call on Oct2. Then they scheduled for Oct7. No one called me till Oct7 morning and I had to call several times. Now, on Oct7, when I called, the truck broke down. I had to drive and drop my car at their garage. The job was done but some effort from my side.
Delivery: 5 stars. Delivered on time or earlier than the scheduled date.
