Tyler was excellent to work with, efficient, straightforward, responsive, with a fair price. He got a driver on the day requested and the delivery was perfect. The only things I would change is that the driver's insurance was provided to the customer at the time of assigning a carrier and more communication around the transition from the shipping carrier to the assigned carrier.
5 Stars for Tyler! Once I talked to Tyler, I never engaged with another carrier.
