Signed Contract and price changes and never picked up the vehicle

My contract expires tomorrow and I will be looking for a new transport company as this one will answer your calls until you have a signed agreement then they ignore you. Said the pickup would be Friday and they still don't have a driver assigned. Once they get the signed agreement, you can't get them back on the phone. Keep saying they will check the status and call back in ten minutes. Maybe they can't tell time! Also, state that the "driver wants more than quoted" and how is that my problem? I'll pay more to someone else just to avoid the five day wait period to only have to find a new provider... Not sure who wrote all of their reviews or if they changed management but this company sucks!!! Oh, and they sent me a marketing e-mail while I had them under contract... Makes the industry look bad
