I got my bmw i8 in second week of December,I was super elated and relaxed thinking difficult part of car buying was over but God was I wrong . This is my first time transporting a car and an expensive one at that as well. Like always my thumbs opened Mr Google and typed best nclosed transport services from x to y, the first 5 results I got were obviously Montway followed by other big names , among them Montway offered me the cheapest deal where others were quoting almost double of what montway said. Me being a novice trusted them , 2 weeks later car still not picked up. Again opened up Google and typed instead of best or cheap ,most reliable transporter, got calls for atleast 10 ,one of whom was LISA from moverjet. First conversation she understood my problem ,extremely polite but assured me that the idea is to be with one transporter and trust them ,she did not try to oversell her company Moverjet nor did she say bad stuff about montway. Still skeptical ,I trusted her and cancelled my montway order who have the worst customer service ever and I will never recommend them to even my worst enemy. 5 days passed and still no driver, now at this moment I am anxious and ready to blow up, I call moverjet but Lisa was not there ( family emergency) , the lady on other hand was rude, did not have any information and didnot care whether i stayed or left as a customer. I write to Lisa requesting to cancel my order . Now I am trying to find ways and even thinking driving my car 1k miles in winter to get it. Its Monday Lisa calls me up, as usual she is polite, apologetic( even when she did not make any mistake), informative and assured me to give her couple of more days , as promised she finds me a driver at the rate we discussed . During this time she mails me updates and insurance information of the driver and not once did she lie. I assure you she or moverjet has not paid me to say it but Lisa will be my go to person in future for any transport, infact I have recommended her to couple of my friends also and will be doing in future as well. Truthfully speaking the only reason I will work with moverjet is if Lisa continues to work with them . Overall be patient and trust her ,even if things are getting delayed she will not lie to you unlike other bigger companies who keep on saying few more days and behave like they are doing you a favor. Rates are reasonable. I will specifically recommend whoever is reading this review to ask for Lisa and from my end Thank you Lisa
