Very poor customer service, did not meet their commitment and very poor communication. I setup transport with Jane with communciation started on 1/24 for a 2/1/2020 shipment of my car from Phoneix to Tacoma. I went through all of the necessary requirements and was “Promised” my car would be picked up by 4pm. I was in a hotel and had to catch 7pm flight, all of which was communicated well in advance to Jane. On the day of the move, at 8am I asked Jane to give my name and phone number to the driver so he could call me. No response, I called, no answer. I called the main line number at 8:57am and was told the driver reported a truck breakdown,. But they would not give me the drivers company name or phone number. After 3 hours their only solution was for me to pay hundreds of dollars more and to have to wait days to get the car picked up. Also, I had to keep calling the supervisor, Elizabeth back because she never met her committed call back times. I am sorry, but I was left sitting in a parking lot of the hotel waiting for a pick up that was never going to happen. I had to catch a flight to fly back home to Alaska, and had no where to store my car. Moverjet failed to meet any of their stated commitments, I had to intiate all contact, and I was told I was lucky because they were going to cancel my contract without any charges to me. Lucky me, NOT!!
