So my experience probably isn't the norm... it happened during the feeak-out of covid-19... but I was quoted a price and then 8 days later when I went to actually use the service, the price increased $175. I was told it had to do with the situation but when I asked another car transport company, they said their original price would be honored. I wasn't able to verify that because I already agreed to let MoverJet transport the car. That complaint out of the way... the car arrived in tack and no damage. It was picked up 2 days late and arrived a day late, but weather related and I was informed by the driver.
