shipped a vehicle from Colorado. First, signed a contract at a specific price. When the dispatch office called, the price was higher. Informed them of previous price which was not honored (they did come down to within $25 so I continued the transaction out of convenience). Vehicle was dropped off in Florida late at night. When it was driven off, it wasn't driving properly and made some weird noises~$3700 with of underbody damage had been sustained. 1 month later, still jumping through hoops to get through their insurance and get my vehicle fixed. Horrible customer service. Broken contracts. Damaged vehicle with me having to constantly try and get them to follow up and follow through.
