Friendly, responsive staff. Reasonably competent service. Price rose by $100 after initial bid. Explanation was that unless I paid the extra $100 it might ‘be a while’ before they could get my vehicle picked up. This appears to be a common tactic in the industry. Doesn’t make it any less annoying from the customer’s perspective. Other than that, service was okay.
