Tyler was very straightforward in his communication with me. We got everything sorted out and the process was very smooth in transitioning from him to Scott (the trucker). He was consistent when it came to calling me for updates in order to stay in the loop of things regarding the move of my car. Although I wasn't as communicative as I should've been, Tyler made it his business to know what's going on with my situation regarding my car. After it was delivered, he sent a message to make sure there was a smooth process in the reception of my car.
