Hi Delaney,
we're glad that you noted that we looked more professional than the carrier that was transporting your vehicle. Although we still don't understand why you mentioned CNC Auto Transport in your review. You should have the bill of Lading that indicates the company that picked up your vehicle. CNC Auto Transport is not the company that transported the vehicle.
Carrier says that he drove a vehicle less than 10 miles and he confirmed that with you and he will send the GPS recording from his truck.
As well on the person on the pickup and you on delivery had to note the mileage on the Bill of Lading, so that we could claim at least something to the carrier. But it was not done, we were willing to resolve this case because claiming that the carrier drove the vehicle is a really serious matter for us in order not to work with this carrier in the future. So we asked you what was the mileage before it was picked up, and you couldn't answer a specific number.
So I asked why do you think it the carrier drove it all the way from Rhode Island? You just responded that his carrier called you and told you that he will have to drive it to you from Rhode Island.
On the question of why you didn't contact us if you knew that the carrier will have to drive it, you replied that you needed the car and this is why you agreed to that.
However, once we just put you on the phone with the dispatcher he said that the vehicle was driven but less than 10 miles and they agreed that with you. He as well told us, after he comes back from vacation, he would send us all the confirmations from the GPS of his truck. So we just asked you to wait until he sends this. and see if you could help us out with something else since you didn't mention mileage on the Bill of Lading nor you had a picture of the odometer before the pickup. After this conversation, I called you back and we agreed on waiting if the carrier can send the recordings of GPS.
We just spoke with a carrier he confirmed that he will send us the GPS recordings on July 16th.
We really want to help you but because of the lack of grounds from your side, we recommended you wait if the carrier fails to provide the recordings.
