From start to finish transporting my automobile from Washington state to St. Louis, MO was simple because I went with MoverJet Logistics. There were moments I was nervous because I was under strict timelines. Simon was my logistic specialists and he started the process. He informed me of the base rate and an estimate of when my vehicle would arrive. As far as improvements, I wish there was a little bit more communication throughout the process, however, I now understand that the transport industry typically has a 24-48 hour dispatch timeframe. Once my vehicle was picked up, I felt extremely confident in the process. If I ever need to ship my vehicle again, I will reach out to MoverJet Logistics.
