Terrible experience, read carefully

I'm seeking to relocate a running ATV. This person called "Simon Riyad" made an offer of $1,850 with taxes, and insurance. I asked several times if there was a difference in price if the ATV was running or "INOP" (not running), which could even be at around a $500 difference. The person was always answering with another question that had nothing to do with my concern. He/She looked like he/she wanted to take advantage of the situation by stealing the extra money like if I was not smart enough. I even asked for contract documents but got no response. After a couple of days, I got sick of the situation, and let the person know about it in simple straight words (without disrespecting). He/She apparently got mad and replied "Go away, I have no time for you". If the management team of this company allows this type of behavior or customer service representation, I can bet money on their failure. As a Business Manager and owner, I would not want these attitudes and behavior in my area putting the companies name down. If the owner or manager allows this to their team, they are part of the wave of business that contracts uneducated personnel without providing needed training or warning about certain behaviors. I would love to hear back from the company owners or management with any measures they take to correct this small incident. Clear communication is key in business, which was never achieved with this poor uneducated person. Take "Simon Riyad" far away from your business before he makes the company lose hundreds of thousands or even possible lawsuits.
