No communication and questionable transporter

They couldnt find a transported for the first amount, then wanted to charge me an additional $200, ended up after I said no, they came back and found a transported for additional $100 They communicate well to get your $$, then dead silence when I needed them. They return no phone messages or emails. Transported arrived the day as scheduled(Monday), but did not call ahead before arriving Arrived, loaded my vehicle with NO paper work/ Bill of Lading, expired truck plate on hauler, trailer did not have any expiration stickers which was very questionable. I tried contact MoverJet and left 3 messages after 5 phone calls. NOTHING, no response, no return calls, dead silence. Vehicle did NOT arrive on date (Tuesday) it was scheduled and had no communication form anyone. Transported never returned phone calls and messages were full. I contacted MoverJet to try and ask for assistance and received NO communication from them. Transported called the following day (Wednesday afternoon) said they broke down. More time went by, no Transporter or MoverJet communication. I was ready to file a stolen vehicle report when the Transported arrived at destination Thursday evening (8pm).. I would not recommend using these people at all
