this is my 2nd attempt at leaving a review, so it’ll be much shorter than my first, which was more detailed and i’m short on time. Jane was ve helpful through texts & emails helping me arrange for my car to be picked up from Orlando Fl, and dropped off to Long Beach, CA. The day before the scheduled pickup, Jane informed me that the original driver had to “cancel” his pickup due to expired insurance, and she was able to find me a new driver, but told me it was going to cost more than the originally agreed upon quote for $900. I felt a bit duped caught in the middle there, being on the tightest of budgets, but i had no choice, and Jane kindly contacted another dispatcher for me to get a new driver that same day. (Manny) was very commutative and dropped my car off safely to my cousins house, i watched him unload, signed the COD, and went about my day. I would recommend Moverjet Logistics to someone else, however i’d advise maybe having a backup in case they cancel last minute. I wasn’t expected that and i was unemployed, so to jump from $900 to $1150 the day before my fight was a bit much, so have a backup plan.
