My first time needing a vehicle transported, as I bought remotely from a dealership several states away. Right away after submitting request online, Bella texted and answered every question promptly and courteously. Funny enough, I had so many texts going with dealership reps (all unknown numbers), that in haste I responded to BELLA instead of them. I can't imagine what she was thinking as I haggled about cars she was not involved with. OMG, what patience this woman has! All done now, they had the car picked next day, delivered in under 48 hours, and looking perfect. MoverJet did great and I recommend highly, but Bella was a lifesaver who genuinely turned a chaotic experience into a comfortable one.
