This was my first experience with moving a 40 plus year old classic car. This company seemed to be concerned about their customers and answered all of my questions. Communication between the previous owner who was holding the vehicle for pick up and myself was excellent. The driver inspected and loaded the vehicle carefully. Communication by cell phone seemed to be the pefered method although the dispatcher, Lisa utilized both email and cell phone throughout the process. Upon delivery Mike Martin,the driver waited through a thunderstorm before brining the vehicle to me then did a detailed inspection with me. Everything went as planned, with the pick up on Sun in KC Missouri morning and the delivery on Tue morning in Dallas TX. The driver was actually here on Mon evening but I wanted to wait and have him deliver my vehicle in the daylight. He was very accommidating and as I mentioned earlier even waited until the thunderstorm passed before bringing the vehicle to me. Vheicle was delivered very clean and you could see Mike took pride in what he was doing. I would use them again!!!
