Dear Kimberly this is Denis, I am sorry you feel this way, we had many words over the phone trying to resolve the issues we had with your order. The damage on the vehicle was not of our doing. You purchased the vehicle sight unseen from a car dealer and now accusing us of damages. The bill of lading clearly stated the damage on the vehicle on pickup which we complete to protect all parties involved in this transaction, an original carbon copy of the bill of lading was left with the Dealership showing the condition of the vehicle. Please look at this issue from our perspective, the dealership is unable to provide you proof of our initial inspection ( Bill of Lading) that was left by our driver at the time of vehicle pickup, this is very suspicious and seems like a convenient way for the dealer to point fingers regarding the damage elsewhere. We did not cause the damage and we have proof.
