Picked up my car late, delivered late. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Can't get Tim O (the owner) to call me back. My car was damaged and NAO is not picking up the phones! I'm now working with the Attorney General for the State of Wa. and I would recommend that you do the same if you've had a problem with this company. Avoid NAO Auto Transport.
