I would use this company to ship my car again!
This was my first time shipping a car, from WA to OH. Originally a broker get me to NAO. I was very nervous and worried about how this will turn out.
The driver came on time to pick up my car with a small truck, and he was very patient. I read the contract over and over again, and I was taking pics and video of my car.
After the car was picked up.I called the NAO and asked who is gonna take my car to OH. They gave me the contact info. I called the driver(Victor) several times and he was very nice and patient.
The car was delivered on the 9th, which is one day late than the estimated date. I consider this was normal coz the there was a two days window.
Victor was cleaning my windows when I got to the parking lot.
He apologized for the "late" delivery, which is actually not late...
I asked if he wants tips, he said no...
I am very satisfy with this whole service. Would use again
