Despite a huge miscommunication at pick up & a language barrier (company is Romanian), Pam & Nick were very pleasant. Easy to contact & kept me abreast of my car's whereabouts. Nick even changed his route for me & moved several cars in order to access mine. I will contact them directly next time :-)
They are called Smooth Auto Transport now & were assigned to me thru a broker called Auto Transport ,123
