Check insurance for NTA Motorsports at http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_carrquery.prc_carrlist. When we dealt with them, we discovered too late that NTA's insurance had been revoked. And do not expect delivery on time.
NTA Motorsports agreed to deliver our car in 2-3 days. Immediately after the car was picked up, Nick asked for more money. We agreed to pay $50 extra if the car was delivered in 3 days. On that day, Nick said no, it would be delivered on day 4, with no excuse. Then he said it was a flat tire.
On day 4, he said it would be day 5, because he had been wrong about the location.
On day 5, no word from Nick, despite numerous messages we sent to him. We do not live in the delivery city, we were staying in a hotel, but we had checked out of the hotel expecting delivery. So we had to check back into the hotel. Expensive.

Early on Day 6 Nick finally contacted us and said he had had another breakdown but would deliver the car later that day. But later that day he said his truck was still not fixed, so delivery would be Day 7 in the morning. We replied that it must be, since otherwise we would have to leave, we had responsibilities elsewhere, and we would arrange for delivery to a friend. Nick then sent a threatening message that he would put the car in an undisclosed lot and add extra charges. He is at this point 4 days late in the delivery. We reassured him that the COD money would be with our friend. Our broker then told us that Nick was refusing to give us back our car for the agreed amount of money. The broker totally supported us, but Nick would not listen. We left the hotel and the city, leaving the money with a trusted friend.

Day 7, Nick called late in the day, after not answering our messages, and asked to drop our car off in a totally different city! When we refused, he asked to drop it off in the original city but to a different location. We told him that would not work, that he needed to deliver our car to our friend who had his COD money. He did not like that.

Day 8: no word from Nick, no car.
Day 9: no response from Nick to our messages, no car.
Day 10: The broker contacted us that Nick wanted an amended order to change the delivery address to that of our friend. This was promptly provided by us. Nick did not respond to us or the broker.
Day 11: the broker said that Nick is complaining about the delivery location as not suitable for his truck. Checked with our friend, it will not be a problem. Our friend said that he had been contacted finally by Nick who now wanted to deliver the car to an entirely new different city yet! No. Finally, Nick called us and said that he would deliver the car the next day to our trusted friend, and said that it was our fault for not responding to his request for paperwork, although we had done so.
Day 12: finally delivered the car! Nine days late. During this, I had discovered that Nick does not have any insurance.
