First time using an auto transport service. I went with Nation Auto Transport because they guranteed they could pick up my car on a certain date when other companies needed atleast a 3 day window. They assured me they could do it because I gave approximately 2 weeks notice. The day of pick up there was no transport going my way so the next day which was my last shot to get my car, they found an independent driver willing to do it but instead of the $800 quoted, it would now be $1,025. That's the best they could do to get the car moved that day. I was upset at the entire process that failed me but I took it because I needed to move the car. They should not have promised if they could not deliver. Will not use them again because of the trust issue but my car did make it with no damage so that is a plus.
