Customer Service was helpful but communication was lacking.

My car was to be picked up in CT on a Sat. The car was not picked up and the owner of the car was never contacted to let him know his car would not be picked up. Apparently, the driver got in a car accident. The car was finally picked up two days later. I did call the company's customer service and they did give me $50 off the total shipment cost.
