The worst people I've ever dealt with. On 8/1/2016 (a Monday) I was given a quote of $950.00 from Sam Archer from Nation Auto Transport to have a 1973 challenger delivered from Wisconsin to Colorado,which I considered reasonable. According to Sam,the car was to be picked up on Wednesday,8/3/ 2016 and delivered a few days later to my brother's house in Colorado. I contacted Jeff in Wisconsin on Wednesday evening ( the guy I purchased the car from) to find out if the pick- up went O.K. He told me that he never got a call to confirm a pick- up time, or a call that the pick-up was delayed. I called Nation the next day,and was given a spiel that an axle had broken on the delivery truck,but for sure the car would be picked up the next day. Again, the next day,no show and no call.I've called and e-mailed Sam countless times for a status report,but always get pushed off to leaving voice messages .Nobody ever calls back... Ever....
I came home at lunchtime today,and requested online quotes from other carriers,and lo and behold,I received a call from Nation. The guy tells me he has a great deal. He has a friend that used to work for Nation,and he talked him down from $1500 to $1400 to deliver the car. What happened to the $950 agreed upon price??? Bottom line...do yourself a favor and stay away from Nation Auto Transport. Totally fly by night operation in my opinion.
