Horrendous company - they lie!

We had escaped to Alabama as a result of Hurricane Irma. We needed to ship the car back and Nation Auto Transport was the first company we called. We had never used this type of service before and were dependent on them for help. Initially their service was good, though unprofessional (they cursed pretty liberally). However, it became clear this was just to get us on the hook. They proceeded to string us along for days and blatantly lied to us throughout the process. Given the circumstances, this was appalling. The stream of lies culminated in them transferring us to "the driver" - who was just someone else in the office and forgot what name he was supposed to use and what state we were supposed to have our car picked up by. We fired them on the spot and had a great experience with our next company (Lux Auto) who came to our rescue. Nation Auto called us almost a week later to tell us they had a driver ready. I reminded them they had been fired, and yet still received another call five minutes later. Do not use this company.
