This was a very positive experience. I shipped a newer Honda Civic from Ohio to northern California in September. The price quote was firm and did not depend on fluctuating diesel prices, as was the case with some other quotes. The company operates out of Detroit and uses its own rigs and drivers. There was a delay on the day of pickup, but this was very understandable, given the several different pickup locations before mine. Ivan, the driver, kept me informed of schedule changes. His initial estimate of arrival in California was a little optimistic, as he then experienced some mechanical difficulties en route. But he kept me informed, and the delivery went very smoothly. The car arrived in excellent condition. I would use National Auto Shipping again, and I would definitely recommend this carrier to anyone interested in shipping an automobile.
