I scheduled a transportation pickup on April 24 2012 for a May 24-26 vehicle shipment. I explained that I was flying in from Alabama to Arizona to ship the car and was repeatedly told that they work with their clients to get the ship date they want. I was told that since they own their own trucks they can get pretty much guarantee the date or one day left or right on the calendar. So I went with them because I would only be in Arizona for four days. I called them on the 23rd and was told everything was in line for the pick-up. I explained no driver had made contact with me. They said the driver should be calling at any time. I flew to Arizona and called again and stated the driver hasn’t made contact. Again, I was told the driver will be calling and everything is good. I called again Friday morning and was told they didn’t have my paperwork – first lie. They charged my credit card for the deposit in April. I talked to someone else and was told that they have my paperwork but the truck was stuck at DOT – Second lie. I talked to Bell (which was the only one that was a little accommodating) and was told that the truck broke down – Lie three. Needless to say, they told me that they wanted to reimburse me my money and dropped me. Their lead supervisor above Bell is worthless. I spent $550.00 to fly to Arizona and never shipped the car. I was so angry!!!!!. I need to tell everyone that reads this to find another company. Believe me it won’t be worth your time. I had to hire a releasing agency to ship my car. However, I went with We Will Transport It Corp and the car was in Alabama in two days. I’m sure many people have great things to say about National Auto Shipping but one bad review goes a long way!!!!! I hope no one uses them.

This review is Completely False. 1st of all our driver had a mechanical problem in California. We Even Sujested to this client to meet us in BENSON AZ since where he was located in Sierra Vista Az there isn't that many trucks heading that way. Once we informed him AHEAD OF TIME about the DELAY HE AND WIFE FLIPPED. No one ever lied to him, hes probably upset since his wife wasn't very pleased with him and told him off every time he used to call us. So our outstanding records speaks for it self.
