Manny sold me on using National Auto Shipping from day one. Because I'm a very thorough & picky consumer, I'd been looking for a suitable transport company to ship my daughters car for over a month. I decided to enter my basic information on a reputable auto transport website so that I could receive quotes from several transport companies. Well Manny was the first person to contact me by phone. He was very professional and we corresponded quite a bit after our initial conversation. Manny was very prompt in all responses & met my every request & criteria. This was my first auto transport use, so saying that I was a bit leery is an understatement. Bottom line, I sent signed contract with reasonable deposit on a Friday (July 6th) with an agreed upon shipping date of Monday (July 9th) or up to 5 days thereafter. I was then contacted by driver on Tuesday (July 10th), vehicle picked up on Wednesday (July 11th) with a promised delivery of Sat or Sun of the same week. My daughter called to tell me vehcile was delivered in perfect condition on Saturday July 14th around 2:00 p.m. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Manny with National Auto Shipping.
