I contacted Manny on Friday morning. By Friday afternoon the vehicle was being picked up from the point of origin. I was informed that the vehicle would be delivered between Sunday and Monday.
I received a confirmation that it would be delivered Monday after 12.
The driver called to confirm my schedule and availability and we agreed on a 2 pm delivery.
He was punctual and the vehicle was as I expected.
Congratulations on a job well done.
I am very satisfied with this transport company and would use it again without hesitation.
