Eric Coulter - Customer called NAS on 6/6/13 and set up appointment rush order since he had booked with 2 more companies before us. Our sales person Manny mentioned to him we have a driver that will be in the area estimate friday 6/7 threw 8th. Driver had a delay on the way to michigan to deliver some cars and got held back 48 hours.
Eric Coulter spoke to MANAGER today 6/11/13 and they explained to him the situation and the only thing customer speaks about i want a $200.00 discount and not understanding that we deal with trucks. Also Manager told client let us get the car delivered to you and we can see what can we do for you as a client since car can get there sooner than expected, but customer Eric Coulter just hanged up the call with the manager.
And YES we are the largest company in this industry and will still keep it that way. We try to make happy all the clients but in this particular case nothing will make this guy happy since he booked with 2 companies that dropped the ball on him.
