National Auto Shipping provided a fair price and good service, and my car was loaded within the time frame promised. I must clarify that the damage to my car is 3 minor scratches that were not caused by National Auto Shipping. See, contrary to what I was led to believe, NAS does not have their own trucks (this is why I didn't give an excellent rating for Honesty. I was told they have their own drivers and trucks). They're a broker who contracts with certain companies. The company who actually transported my vehicle was Transport Auto Group. Their driver was very nice and polite but was unable to deliver my vehicle by the dates that National Auto Shipping quoted due to the recent ice storm. Of course I completely understand this but it doesn't change the fact that I needed my vehicle for work and had no other transportation since I moved to a new town where I knew no one. Thus, TAG's owner unloaded my vehicle an hour away from where I live and personally drove it to me. This was my choice versus the alternative of waiting a few more days. As for the damage, it appears as though something was accidentally brushed up against my car. At this time, I'm still waiting for a solution.
