National Auto Shipping let me down

Manny and I talked about shipping my car, we picked a date, Feburary 29 knowing there is a couple day window. My seller flew back to southern California from Idaho to be present when the transport arrived. Waited 9 days, no pickup, no phone calls. I did not receive a single phone call or email from this company even though I talked to them several times. I was told "we'll get back to you" THEY NEVER DID !!! I recieved two phone calls from them after they missed the pickup,one to say they were not coming and another a couple days later saying the could get the car. I cancelled and was told I'd have to forgo part or all of my deposit. I told them I would not give up any of my deposit, they finally gave me a full refund. I did call and request Manny to return my call, as of today 3/26/2014 I have not talked to him.
I contacted Kevin Costonis at Premier Auto Carriers and today 3/26/2014 we received our Mustang. Kevin did everything he said he would, multiple phone calls and emails. It cost a little more but when we figured airline tickets and time wasted with National Auto Shipping Kevin was a much better deal.
