Excellent Overall Service and Price! Can't ask for better!

I normally do not write reviews online as my time is very limited but I felt as though when a company such as National Auto Shipping is so efficient and overall such a great company to do deal with, I had to give them the credit that they deserved! Its really so hard to find any organization these days that gives you good customer service, and delivers a great product and this company definitely does both. I think I found them initially from a google search- I must have called at least 6-8 shipping companies. Of course price was one of my main factors, but also delivery time. I wouldn't mind paying a couple of dollars more, knowing that the car would be picked up and delivered at a reasonable time. THe problem is a lot of companies, Ive found, third party their job and they are brokers. They give you a pickup time within 7 days and delivery within 7-10 days. So off the bat, you are looking at almost a 3 week turnover.And if you tell them you need a rush job, they say OK and jack up your price at least $500 bucks! Long story short, when I reached National Auto Shipping and told them I needed the car picked up right away, not only were they the cheapest of all the companies, but Manny in customer service scheduled it and picked up the car the next dayXXXin fact less than 24 hours since i had placed the order! Manny is very accommodating and works with you. Not only are their prices the best I found, but their service, timeliness, and efficiency are top notch. I really could not ask to have found a better company to work with and I look forward to working with them in the future.
