My transport process started on Tuesday afternoon with completing the contract and paying my deposit. The next morning I called dispatch and the young lady told me the car would be picked up on Friday morning, and it was. The gentleman who sold me the car took pictures of the car being loaded on the truck, which was a nice rig. Delivery was expected to be 6-8 days, so all I could do was be patient and wait before I called and started bothering people. On Wednesday I called dispatch and was put on hold for a short time while they called the driver. She came back on the line a couple of minutes later and told me the car would be here today, Thursday AM. The driver contacted me the night before and I arranged a place close to home he could get in and out of safely. The driver was awesome. He delivered my vehicle as it was when he picked it up and on time! When the driver got close he stayed in contact with me. Despite the fact I did not look at this company's ratings until I had entered into the contract was a good thing, as I probably would of went else where. But, when you think about the 140/+- bad reviews verses the tens of thousands of successful transports their overall rating is just under a 100%. My experience with this company was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this company! Thanks Thom R
