I was extremely nervous to ship such a big, expensive item. They made the process was easy and honored my requests without issue. The bike was picked up when they said it would be and arrived safely in perfect condition when they said it would arrive. Everything went very smooth. The price was very reasonable. I'm completely satisfied!
