This was my first time shipping a vehicle, so I was a bit nervous and had a ton of questions. I called Manny on a Saturday morning with questions and told him I needed vehicle by Wednesday. He stated it wouldn't be a problem and would start working on transport right away, and answered all of my questions with prompt and professional responses. I called Monday to ask status of order before I signed documents and they told me a driver had been assigned and gave me his name and contact info so I would feel assured they were honoring their end of the agreement. The car was picked up on time and delivered a day early- Manny even followed up to ensure the vehicle was delivered with no damage, asked if the driver was professional, and to make sure I was satisfied and asked if I had any questions. I would highly reccomend them for auto transport needs- they made it easy for a first timer!
