Scratched my vehicle... they wont repair

Don't use this company or you take a gamble on the damage claim. Since National Auto Service uses subcontracts on their shipping, there is no way to file a claim if your vehicle is damaged. Mine was, badly and over $500! I've tried over and over to get them to answer my emails or deal with me over the phone and I get hung up on. Taking them into small claims court will be your only answer.
