Unfortunately it has not ended yet.
Have been given delivery dates 4 times now, including another one today, and I still don't have my motorcycle.
These people picked my bike up on the 14th of August 2017. I was told by sales that they could handle pick up and that they would not need any help. I am in another state. That didn't happen, so they had to search the neighborhood for help getting it in the trailer. I never got any updates, so I emailed dispatch. They told me delivery would be on the 21st., he then called me a few days before that and told me his truck broke down. True or not, I am not even sure at this point.
so he told me that repair to his truck is not going to happen until Monday the 21st because of the weekend. So it looks like midweek Wed the 23rd for delivery.
I didn't hear back from him by Tuesday so I emailed dispatch. they told me it will be Thursday, as repairs took longer than expected.
so Today is Thursday, and I received no update, in a recurring theme I had to initiate that, and was informed that the driver talked to me already, and told me Saturday.
I had not spoken to the driver since the previous Friday call saying he broke down. So now i feel like I hired a bunch of liars and cheats to get my bike to me. Manny, the sales guy was very active in responding to me until he took my money, I have yet to get any sort of response form him since on this.
SO here we are. I do not have my Bike, and I decided to text the driver. He responded saying should be Saturday. I said should be? How many times do I need to change my schedule?
I have informed these folks that if I don't have it by then, Ill assume it has been stolen, and i will treat it as such and take appropriate actions. I truly wish I had read all of the reviews here. I am usually pretty good at checking out companies I use for various things. This one slipped by me.
I am beyond disappointed, I am concerned, and I want my motorcycle. I told them I wont be here after the 30th, and again they assured me that would not be a problem. I run a business, and if I ran it like this, I would not have one to run for very long. On the 24th I Was told BY THE DRIVER he as back on the road and should be here Saturday the 26th. Well today again he text me and told me hes delayed again and should be here by Sunday. I will assume at this point its the weekend and he does want to work anymore this week. I mean its been a busy week of watching your truck get fixed..Allegedly.
I leave for vacation on the 31st so if it is not here before I leave I will be forced to file a stolen bike report. I have never in my life seen such blatant ignorance. THEY DO NOT CARE. AT this point I am filing to get my deposit back (OR MANNY'S cut) He is a liar and cheat. I have messaged him on facebook, emailed him at least 12 times. As a matter of fact I have not heard from since I signed on the dotted line and he got my money.
Its a clown show people..STAY AWAY.. I mean look at his comments to all these complaints. I only wish I had seen them before I paid his ass. His only good reviews, most of them are paid reviews.
