First, shipping a car is nerve-racking. Before I contacted Manny I put in several quotes for over 4 days and received no offers for pickup. I did, however, receive what seemed like 10,000 calls and quotes. I received an email from Manny Monday afternoon stating he had a driver that could pick up the car in the next day or two. I called him and he sent over the contract and I paid a deposit that night. I was to pay the driver $400 COD. The next day Carolyn called from NAS to update me and give me the driver's name (Ronald) and his number. I also gave this number to the car dealer. Carolyn told me he would pick up the car on the 7th or 8th. Fortunately for me Ronald picked up my car on the 7th (Wednesday).

I was contacted when the car left the dealership (Wednesday afternoon) and Ronald called me Friday morning to let me know he would be delivering my car around lunch. So basically I signed the contract for my car to be shipped Monday night and it was delivered from Texas to Alabama in 2 days from pickup. The driver I had was extremely nice and I received my car in perfect condition. I know other people have different experiences with NAS but I wanted to give a positive experience.
